Your business is shown in Arabic, English and Turkish. We write the texts; you approve them before they go live.
Written requests
Every request comes in writing with a code, date, time, party size and selection. Every order is on record.
Your capacity
Opening hours, closed days and capacity are yours to set. If a request doesn't suit you, you can decline it with a reason.
Verified details only
Labels such as "no alcohol served" or halal appear only once your document is approved.
How it works

Gulf families for your hotel, with PARELO
PARELO offers families from the Gulf a single Istanbul package: accommodation, transfers and a day-by-day programme. Families arrive with a plan; arrival time, room set-up and children's ages are known at booking.
Paid on the check-in day
The accommodation is paid on the guest's check-in day, by bank transfer against the invoice you issue to PARELO.
Your net rate stays private
Families see only the package total. Your rate is never disclosed to guests, agents or third parties. There is no price-parity clause.
No allotment
You block no rooms. Every booking follows your availability and is final only with your written confirmation.
Complete bookings
Each request states dates, room type, number of guests, children's ages, cot needs and the guest's name.
We handle the Arabic
Our team manages pre-arrival questions, transfers and the programme with the family.
Only what you tell us
Details such as family rooms, connecting rooms or women-only pool hours are written only from the information you give in the form.
The form asks for your Ministry licence, your room types and nightly rates; if you don't have time to fill it in, we fill it in with you over the phone. Documents are uploaded through the form only.

FAQ
When do I get paid?
PARELO takes no commission; it pays your net rate by bank transfer against the invoice you issue to PARELO. The payment date is set in the written agreement made with you. Invoices go to fatura@parelo.net.
Am I tied in?
No. There is no allotment or exclusivity. Whenever you ask, your listing is removed within 7 days; bookings already confirmed are still honoured.
Will families see my contact details?
No. Families buy from PARELO; your phone, e-mail, website and social media are not shown. For restaurants, hotels and activities, only the venue name and district are shown; the full address appears only in the confirmed trip plan. For services such as cars, hair or photography, the business name is not shown either; the service is offered under the PARELO name. Where the law requires it (the rental company in self-drive rentals, the carrier for chauffeured cars, the guide's name), only the trade name and required details are written in the booking confirmation, for that family only.
Who uses my photos?
PARELO uses them in the app, on parelo.net and in the offer sent to the family. Social media and advertising only with your separate consent. You can have your listing and photos removed at any time.
How do I send documents, and where are they kept?
Documents are uploaded through the application form only and stored on our servers in Turkey, visible only to our review team. Please do not send documents by e-mail; our e-mail address is for questions only.
Can I decline a request?
Yes. If you are full or the request doesn't suit you, you decline it with a reason, and our team offers the family an alternative.
I don't have time to fill in the form.
Call us or send us your question. Our team fills in the form with you over the phone, and you upload the documents to the form yourself.
