How does booking work?
Choose your arrival date, nights and family, and see the full price of each package. We check hotel availability in writing, then send you the confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after our written confirmation.
When do we pay?
No payment before you arrive: half at hotel check-in, the rest one day before you leave.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. After that we only charge documented, non-refundable costs, capped at a share of the total: 25% (29–15 days before arrival), 50% (14–8 days), 75% (7–1 days) and 100% on the day of arrival or for a no-show. Cancel in writing by WhatsApp or e-mail.
How are children's ages counted?
Age on the arrival day: under 2 is an infant, 2–11 a child, 12 and over counts as an adult.
Which hotel do we stay in?
A hotel or serviced apartment in one of these areas, depending on availability; we give you its name in the written confirmation.
Do you ask for passports or card details?
We do not ask for passports or card details.
When do you confirm?
